1.  Our partner company Soho Wealth receives a funding enquiry

2.  Initial diligence on the application is conducted

3.  An executive summary is prepared, and cross checked against Soho Attica lending criteria

4.  Terms are issued to the borrower

5.  Our investor agrees in principle to fund the loan subject to valuation and legals

6.  We instruct valuation by our RICS panel valuer, with he report addressed in investor favour

7.   We instruct solicitors to conduct diligence and searches on the property and loan documentation

8.  The solicitor prepares a Report on Title, and investor remits funds to solicitor to allow completion of loan

9.  The solicitor completes the loan

10.  Soho Attica manages the loan and endeavours to ensure  that the borrower exits the facility as planned
